222 more Police Officers in Surrey!

Lisa Townsend, Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, has welcomed the milestone of the recruitment of 222 additional officers in Surrey. 

Speaking on the news, Lisa said "I’m pleased that there are now 222 more officers in Surrey than there were in 2019, and that more are still to come. 

"Surrey police have been working hard to recruit officers which has involved recruiting many more than the 222 new officers, in order to grow the overall establishment as well as replace those leaving."
